Biography

Ms. Huang began as a law clerk at Kashfian & Kashfian LLP, and, after obtaining her license to practice law, became an Associate Attorney with the firm's complex litigation and trial practice. Ms. Huang works on a variety of civil litigation matters, including complex contract and lease disputes, class actions, employment matters, trade secret, intellectual property disputes and other commercial cases. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and is known for her legal acumen, practical expertise and strong analytical skills. Ms. Huang also counsels clients with regard to various general complex pre-litigation, litigation and trial matters.

Ms. Huang completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside. Later, she continued on to Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree with honors. Ms. Huang also received a certificate in Litigation and Public Interest. While in law school, Ms. Huang was the recipient of the Student Engagement Merit Scholarship and also worked as a research and teaching assistant. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Huang was accepted as Judicial Law Fellow for the Honorable Kandis A. Westmore, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Huang previously worked for Judge Westmore as a judicial extern while in law school. Ms. Huang also was an intern investigator at the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration concerning ERISA compliance.

Ms. Huang is admitted to practice before all state courts in California. Ms. Huang's diverse background and experience in different areas of law-and in multiple forums-allows her to effectively focus her practice on assisting small to large corporate clients in a broad range
