Biography

Attorney Sydney R. Graus began as a post-bar law clerk at Kashfian & Kashfian LLP, and, after obtaining her license to practice law, was elevated to an Associate Attorney.

Her practice primarily focuses on civil litigation matters in a number of practice areas including real estate, business and corporate governance matters, intellectual property, labor and employment, and contractual disputes. Ms. Graus’ practice also includes reviewing, preparing, and negotiating contracts for the firm’s clients. She is recognized as an intelligent and sensible advocate, helping corporate clients through a variety of matters whether it’s transactional in nature or in litigation.

Originally from Wyoming, Ms. Graus moved to California where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, from California State University, Northridge, graduating cum laude. She then completed her Juris Doctorate in two years at Southwestern Law School’s competitive SCALE program. While in law school, Ms. Graus focused her studies on intellectual property law, business law, and international business transactions. Ms. Graus also worked in the Southwestern Law School Children’s Rights Clinic as a Certified Student Advocate.

Ms. Graus is admitted to practice before the state courts in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
